Our lifetime warranty is simply stated:

"If you have a problem as a result of our work we will take care of it for you."

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

Facets exists to satisfy our customers. Unless otherwise specified below, your purchase may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase date when accompanied with the original sales receipt.  Thank you for your understanding the item must be unused and unworn, in original condition and in the original gift box and all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact.  Sale items, special orders, completed layaways, and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.  Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

We regret that special orders are not returnable, and that no refund or exchange can be made.  All special order require a 25% nonrefundable deposit.  A special order constitutes any jewelry, gemstone, watch or gift item ordered, altered, or manufactured at the clients's request.

LAYAWAYS:

Articles may be placed on layaway for a maximum of 90 days with a minimum deposit of 20%.  Any deposits on layaway items that are canceled or not picked up will be kept on account as store credit which may be used for future purchases.

COLORED GEMSTONE ENHANCEMENT DISCLOSURE:

Purchasers of colored gemstones should be aware that natural gemstones are processed from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted jewelry industry practices.  All gemstones listed on the sales slip have probably been subjected to a stable and possibly undetectable enhancement process.  All relevant information will be readily provided to the best of our knowledge.  Prevailing market values are based on these universally practiced and accepted processes by the gem and jewelry industry.
