Trade-In Policy

Our trade-in policy allows you at any time a 100% trade-in value of the purchase of your center diamond ¼ carat and larger. The diamond being traded in only applies to original purchaser and cannot be damaged in any way. Trade in must be accompanied by original documents including receipt of purchase and laboratory certificate. Trade-in must be given for trade in value and must be used within 6 months of trade-in. Store credit cannot be used for taxes, shipping, or additional certificate charges and may not be redeemed for cash.
